When should I order my invitations?

 

In most cases, it is a good idea to order your invitations 6 to 4 months before your wedding.

 

How long will it take to get my invitations?

 

Your handcrafted invitations will be ready in approximately 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the quantity ordered and invitation style. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and take our time during the assembly and drying processes.

 

Will I see my invitation during the creation process?

 

Absolutely! We create one invitation according to your specifications and send you an electronic proof.  At this stage you can change the font style, make spelling or information corrections, or even changes to your text. We will allow you to make 2 rounds of changes at no charge. If you want to make other changes there may or may not be an additional charge depending on the type of change. If you want to try out more font styles there is a $10.00 charge for each proof after the two initial free proofs.

 

It is your responsibility to look the proof over carefully and ensure the spelling and information is correct.

 

How do you handle order changes?

 

If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

 

Do you accept rush orders?

 

In most cases, yes, if the specialty papers and other materials are in stock or we can secure them in time to allow for the crafting and drying process. For rush orders, we require proof approval within 24 hours of proof submission to you. Only 1 round of text and information changes is allowed for rush orders. In addition, a rush fee of 15% of the order total will be applied.

 

Do you do custom invitations?

 

Absolutely! You can choose one of our invitations as is or mix and match elements from several invitations. Or, tell us what you want! The price of the invitation may change depending on your additions or deletions. For example, if you add a rhinestone buckle the price of the invitation will increase.

 

How does individual handcrafting affect the look of my invitations?

 

It makes them spectacular! Each invitation will be created according to the specifics of your order; however, slight variations from one invitation to the next will exist due to the handcrafting process. These slight variations are a sign that you took the time to secure designer, one-of-kind invites for your big day!

 

We craft each invitation with carefully selected and often imported materials.

 

How will my invitations be shipped?

 

We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the product shipped. Our first priority is getting your invitations to you in the best and most cost effective manner possible. You can select the shipping method you desire during the checkout process.

 

What is your refund policy?

 

All new orders go into production within 24 hours. Refunds will be given on an order in the first stage of processing, minus any time and materials invested in the project and a stop fee of $25.00. After proof approval no refunds will be given.

 

Refunds may be given for unopened DIY products. You must return the items to Cherish at your own expense. No refunds will be given for printed items. If there is a printing mistake that is our fault, we will correct it at our expense. If the printing error is due to incorrect information or information contained in the approved proof, you will be charged to correct the item. We will discount any corrections to the greatest extent we are able.

 

Do you guarantee availability?

 

On occasion, material manufacturers change the stock carried or are unable to fill an order for other reasons. Manufacturers maintain the right to change or drop at any time. If we cannot secure the exact material to complete your order we will contact you and offer you an alternative material. If the new material is more expensive than the original material you will not be charged the difference. Our goal is to provide you with spectacular wedding invitations!

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

 

Texas residents will be charged in-state sales tax. Out-of-state orders are not charged sales tax. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address.

 

What is your quality assurance process?

 

We have a three-prong, in-house system for inspecting invitations and products before they are shipped. Although we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. We require customers to inspect their invitations upon delivery and to notify us of any problems within three days. If there is a problem, we will correct it immediately. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
